Shreveport Police responding to a domestic abuse call at Clear Horizon Apartments on the morning of September 24th discovered a fire in a woman's apartment.
  Her apartment received heavy damage and surrounding units received smoke and water damage.
  Arson is suspected as the woman's boyfriend and another man were seen fleeing shortly before the fire was discovered.
