IF YOU CANNOT RECEIVE THESE VIDEO CLIPS ON YOUR COMPUTER DO THE FOLLOWING:

 Almost all of our Fire Related Videos are now on YouTube.  The YouTube videos are in a format that any browser can play.  If you have an iPad or iPhone you will need to use the appropriate app.  You are limited to the videos you can watch if you have the iPad or iPhone.

 If you still wish to watch the videos we have on this website and you are having a difficult time or cannot view them at all - Do the following:

First - Make sure you have the latest editions of Internet Explorer , Firefox, Chrome, Safari or http://isp.netscape.com/software/download2.jsp. See below for download sites.
It is Highly Recommended that you use the latest version of Windows Media Player.    Click HERE to download.
Second - You need to have Real Player (free) or an Alternate (free)  on your computer's hard drive.  Unless you want to pay for a full version of Real Player, look around for the FREE version of Real Player.  The download link for the FREE version is sometimes not very conspicuous, but if you carefully look over the page you can find it.  Don't go for the trial offer unless you want to for some reason.
Third -  If you have a regular dialup connection with a speed of 56K your view of the clips will be smaller and/or less sharp than the higher speed connections such as DSL or Cable Modem hookups.
