House Fire
2120 Hanna Street

At 8:41pm Shreveport firefighters responded to 2120 Hanna Street for a reported vacant house on fire. The 911 caller stated both smoke and flames were visible. Engine 6 quickly got enroute and notified all units they were a couple blocks away and could see house fully involved with heavy flames. Engine 6 arrived on scene and setup the deck gun for a defensive attack. Other units arrived to quickly to help extinguish the blaze. Firefighters had the fire under control within 30 minutes. The entire house burnt straight to the ground with only a couple studs remaining. The house was vacant and the fire appeared to be an arson. No one was injured during this fire.
